An Important Update for Our Non-Business Customers

At CPC, we deeply value the many non-business customers who rely on us for their electronic and electrical components. However, due to strict post-Brexit customs and tax legislation coming into effect, we must temporarily change how we operate in Ireland.

 

Why we are unable to transact at this time:

Under these new regulations, all shipments from the UK to Ireland are treated as international imports. Legally, direct-to-consumer (non-business) imports require complex, specialised tax-collection and customs systems which we do not currently support. This means we are currently unable to process consumer and non-VAT registered business transactions compliantly. We apologise for this disruption as we work toward a long-term solution.

As a result, we can only accept orders from VAT-registered business customers.
