Order Status & Tracking
Find all the orders that you have placed on the web or via phone. Get your most recent order status and delivery tracking information (if available). Your order must have been placed on the web to be able to obtain previous order status & tracking.

Request an Invoice
For invoices older than 12 months, or if you require an additional physical copy, please request a copy invoice by emailing accounts@cpc.co.uk or calling 03447 880000 to speak with a service representative.

Cancel an Order
If you have already placed an order with us but need to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible as it may be possible to stop the order from being processed. We do work to ensure all orders are processed quickly so there is a good chance that unless you are contacting us immediately the order may have already gone out for you, in this case you can always refuse delivery or make a return.

You can see your most recent orders on the Order Status & Delivery Tracking page. There may be times where an order that has just been placed may not immediately appear, sometimes the order may take a few minutes to be validated on our systems.

Due to the efficiency of the ordering process, it may not be possible to prevent the delivery of items once an order has been placed, if you call our customer support team on 03447 880088 as soon as possible after the order is placed we will be able to advise if we can catch and cancel the order for you before it is processed.
