U1282A is a handheld digital multimeter. With up to 800 hours of battery life, users have a handheld DMM that works for a long time minus the hassle of battery change, especially useful for frequent usage or prolonged testing. It is housed in robust over-mould enclosures and certified to IP67, providing superior protection to monitor against dust and water immersion. Better yet, it is also designed to absorb the impact of a 3-meter (10ft) drop. The handheld DMM can be easily connected to the meter logger software that runs on a PC via infrared (IR)-to-USB cable. It comes with 440Hz LPF (low pass filter) feature which blocks unwanted high frequency signal for more accurate output measurement. It also comes with a programmability capability that allows avid programmers to create computer programs to control the handheld DMM.
