Product Overview

TS922IDT is a rail-to-rail, high output current, BiCMOS dual operational amplifier. It is optimized and fully specified for 3V and 5V operations. This device has high output currents which allow low-load impedances to be driven. Very low noise, low distortion, low offset, and a high output current capability make this device an excellent choice for high-quality, low-voltage, or battery-operated audio systems. This device is stable for capacitive loads up to 500pF. It is used in applications such as line drivers and actuator drivers, portable speakers, instrumentation with low noise as key factor, multimedia systems and portable equipment's.
  • Rail-to-rail input and output, low distortion
  • ESD internal protection: 2kV, latch-up immunity
  • Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 12V
  • Input offset voltage is 3mV maximum at (VCC = 3V, VCC- = 0V, Vicm = VCC/2, Tamb = 25°C)
  • Equivalent input noise voltage is 9nV/√Hz typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
  • Input bias current is 15nA typical at (Vout = VCC/2, Tamb = 25°C)
  • Gain bandwidth product is 4MHz typical at (RL = 600 ohm, Tamb = 25°C)
  • Slew rate is 1.3V/μs typical at (VCC = 3V, VCC- = 0V, Vicm = VCC/2, Tamb = 25°C)
  • Total supply current is 2mA typical at (no load, Vout = VCC/2, Tamb = 25°C)
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, SO8 package
