Product Overview

LM741CN/NOPB is a single, 44V, 1MHz general-purpose operational amplifier feature improved performance over industry standards like the LM709. They are direct, plug-in replacements for the 709C, LM201, MC1439, and 748 in most applications. The amplifier offers many features which make their application nearly foolproof: overload protection on the input and output, no latch-up when the common mode range is exceeded, as well as freedom from oscillations. Typical applications include comparators, multivibrators, DC amplifiers, summing amplifiers, integrator or differentiators and active filters.

  • No latch-up when the common-mode range is exceeded
  • 2mV typ input offset voltage at TA = 25°C
  • ±13V typ input voltage range at TA = 25°C
  • 90dB CMRR at RS ≤ 10Kohm, VCM = ±12V, TAMIN ≤ TA ≤ TAMAX
  • 96dB supply voltage rejection ratio at VS = ±20 V to VS = ±5V, RS ≤ 50 ohm, TAMIN ≤ TA ≤ TAMAX
  • 0.5V/µs slew rate at TA = 25°C, unity gain
  • 1.7mA supply current at TA = 25°C
  • 8 pin PDIP package
  • Temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
